| Abstract: | - EQUIPMENT: Polycom View Station SETTING UP A member of the ICT Team will set up the Video Conferencing equipment in the room you have booked, 30 minutes prior to the start time of the conference.
- DIALLING UP From the Menu Page: 1. Highlight the Address Book using the left arrow button on the Remote Control and press the Select button, in the middle of the arrows.
- 2. If the number you want to call appears in the Speed Dial Menu, use the number keys on the remote to select the Speed Dial Entry number 1 6 (top left corner of box) of the number you wish to call.
- 3. If the place you wish to call doesn t appear in the Speed Dial Menu, use the left arrow again to highlight theAddress Book, press Select button.
