- SETTING UP A member of the ICT Team will set up and pack up the Video Conferencing equipment and Document Camera in the room you have booked, 30 minutes prior to the start time of the conference.
- 4. Press the Near button and using the red right arrow key select on the screen the Document Camera icon which looks like this:The participants of the video conference at the other end will now see on their full screen, the document you are discussing.
- You will need the Video Conference television and camera set up by an IT staff member.
