| Abstract: | - (Boathouse & CES Upstairs) SCAN TO MAILBOX PROCEDURE (at the Xerox Copier) 1. Load documents face up into feeder tray or lay face down on the glass.
- This shows on the PaperPort Desktop as Page 1 of 10). 2. From the Menu screen, select Scan.
- 5. Enter your Mailbox Number andPassword and select Open Mailbox.
- 6. Click on the scanned image and select Import.
- 8. If you don t wish to edit the page in this format, from the PaperPort Desktop, click n' drag the scanned image to the icon toolbar below the desktop (ie: Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
- Glossary paperport the software needed to import the scanned image from the Xerox Copier.
