| Abstract: | - The Colour Printer Trays are set up as follows: Tray 1 A4 Portrait Paper Tray 2 A3 Paper Tray 3 A4 Landscape Tray 4 B4 (American sizing not generally used) Tray 5 or Bypass Tray for heavyweight card or transparencies Note: The following instructions are for documents printed from Microsoft Word.
- Use Tray 2 only 1. From the File menu, select Print then select Xerox Colour Printer from the drop down list.
- 2. From the File menu, select Page Setup, Paper Source and select Tray 2 in both the First Page and Other Pagesboxes.
- Select Tray 2. While still in Properties, select Advanced 4. Change Paper Size to A3 using the drop down box.
