| Abstract: | - The Colour Printer Trays are set up as follows: Tray 1 A4 Portrait Paper Tray 2 A3 Paper Tray 3 A4 Landscape Tray 4 B4 (American sizing not generally used) Tray 5 or Bypass Tray for heavyweight card Note: The following instructions are aimed at documents printed from Microsoft Word.
- 1. Select File, Print and select Xerox Colour Copier from the drop down list, then exit Print.
- 2. Select File, Page Setup, Paper Source and select Tray 1 on both the FirstPage and Other Pages boxes.
- Select Tray 1. While still in Properties, select Advanced 4. Scroll down until you find Duplex. Top to Top Top to Bottom 6. Click OK three times to print your job.
