| Abstract: | - The Colour Printer Trays are set up as follows: Tray 1 A4 Portrait Paper Tray 2 A3 Paper Tray 3 A4 Landscape Tray 4 B4 (American sizing not generally used) Tray 5 or Bypass Tray for transparencies Note: The following instructions are for documents printed from Microsoft Word.
- Use Bypass Tray only 1. From the File menu, select Print then select Xerox Colour Printer from the drop down list.
- 2. From the File menu, select Page Setup, Paper Source and select Tray 5 in both the First Page and Other Pagesboxes.
- 7. Go to the Print Room and put transparency in the manual feed tray, Tray 5. Remember If the printer is out of use for some time it takes 10 minutes to warm up before printing.
- Glossary bypass tray Tray 5 or manual feed tray.
